Booking a week of camp at Lone Tree Bible Ranch is a no-hassle, stress free process. Just follow the instructions below for a week your youth won’t forget.

Here is the camp procedure for booking a retreat or summer camp at the Ranch.

• Call for available dates (our calendar usually books 6 months out for retreats and 9-12 months for summer camp, so plan ahead!) We will mail you a contract.
   

• Mail back a signed contract and deposit by the specified date reserve your camp date. We will not put you on the calendar until a signed contract and deposit are received.
   

• Show up with signed registration forms for everyone in your group including leaders and sponsors. Pay for the retreat with a check when you arrive. Enjoy the camp! Our staff will handle all the activities, lodging, and food service. Our staff is also available to teach and lead worship if given sufficient notice
